He was raised by Willard and Linda Townson of Woodville, Alabama, and was started by Leatherwood Farm. |

The TWHYA Summer Splash Horse Show, a staple for the past six years, has traditionally been known as an all-youth and halter event. This year, however, the show is expanding its reach—welcoming both amateur and professional riders to the competition ring. In another exciting change, the show date has been moved from its usual August slot to June 13th, the Friday before the popular Walking for Cancer event. |

The American Choice was humanly laid to rest on March 30, 2025 at the age of 25. He was buried at Saddlecrest Farm where he lived his retirement years. There he had a huge”room with a view” and beautiful pastures to roam and eat grass. |
