WHTA Youth Council is thriving

The WHTA Youth Council gathered on Saturday, May 23, 2026, prior to the start of the Spring Fun Show for a productive meeting filled with excitement and anticipation for the months ahead. Members met to receive their official Youth Council shirts, connect with fellow members, reflect on recent activities and discuss upcoming meetings and opportunities within the organization.
The Youth Council also reviewed future projects and activities that will give members additional opportunities to earn points throughout the year. Continuing to grow and make an impact, the Youth Council proudly announced a membership total of 59 members. Under the leadership of Maria Bobo, Lexie Helton, Kasie Sanderson and Heidi Waddell, the organization remains focused on creating meaningful experiences for youth involved in the Tennessee Walking Horse industry.
With several exciting events on the horizon, the Youth Council encourages members to stay engaged and be on the lookout for upcoming announcements and new ways to participate and earn points throughout the season.
