Monday, July 13, 2026

Dr. Milton “Alan” Miller, age 87, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away July 13, 2026 in his home and was welcomed by his Savior Jesus into heaven. He spent his retirement travelling extensively to other countries around the world.
Alan is survived by his wife of 65 years, Eleanor “Toodie” Miller; children, Monty Miller (Kim Bailey), Stuart Miller, Amy Schachtschneider (Kris), and Abby Douglass (Jon); six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Brenda Miller; brother-in-law, Jerry Howell (Peggy); and brother, Jere Miller (Linda). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Miller. His relatives and friends celebrate his life and example and will miss him greatly.
In lieu of flowers, donations be made to Believers’ Chapel, 1820 S. Rutherford Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 in memory of Alan.
